1. Q: What is the lead time?
A: Standard VILVA load banks have a lead time of 20–35 working days. Customized models will be confirmed according to your technical requirements.
2. Q: What’s your warranty period?
A: We provide 12 months warranty for the whole machine from the date of shipment. Lifetime technical support is available for all our load banks.
3. Q: Can load banks work in parallel?
A: Yes. VILVA-RH series supports multi-unit paralleling. Multiple load banks can be connected to expand total test power for large-capacity generator, UPS and energy storage testing projects.
4. Q: Can you customize voltage / power?
A: Yes. We support custom voltage, power, control function and cabinet structure. Please share your test specifications for a customized solution.
5. Q: Do you provide on-site commissioning service?
A: We can provide remote guidance for commissioning. On-site service is available upon request; service cost will be quoted separately.
